Since the implant I've noticed it takes a lot more time and stimulation for me to achieve an orgasm. Has anyone else experienced this?

When did you get your implant?

I found that it has gotten easier and easier to have an orgasm for me the longer post op. Initially it was harder to orgasm if I pumped to max and easier if I pumped just enough for penetration. Others on the board have said there was decreased sensation post op due to nerve injury and that can take months and months to improve but typically does on its own.I hope yours gets easier soon like mine did.

I agree, with time sensation becomes a non issue (or at least for me). At about 3-4 months post op I was very concerned and felt it took a long time to orgasm and seem that the underside on the shaft mid way to the scrotum was slightly numb. I had absolutely no complications other than a sensitive shaft for a while, and just had to get use to the "extra equipment". For some strange reason I actually gained about 1/4 inch in length and a slight increase in girth especially in the middle of the shaft. If I pump to the max, my wife has a problem with oral therefor I always deflate a bit as needed. Gradually the healing takes place and any nerves that were affected by the incision or the procedure itself gradually are replaced by others in the area. I understand everyone heals at a different rate, however this seemed to be the case for me. At almost 11 months post op I would say sensitivity is at 98 % and there are no issues. Orgasms take a little longer however are much stronger that ever before. At 65 the sex is better that it has been for many many years and I am thankful I found Dr. Eid. One of the best decisions I ever made !! Titan OTR 23 cm.

I was activated in March 2015. The issue has not improved with the passage of time

It takes a real pounding sometimes and it helps when my GF doesn't lube up. Sometimes I just don't get there and of course she feels that she is not doing a good job. It sucks but much better than a flaccid penis.

From experiencing PE most of my life, I guess I welcomed the often delay in organism. And, if I do have organism a little quickly, second time may really be delayed. Good news is there is still an erection and as T mentions, it sure beats flaccid.
