Partial Inflation for 4 Weeks!

Hi Guys,

Had my Titan Coloplast installed on 6/16. I had a substantial curvature so there was quite a bit of molding done. My instructions were to try to manipulate the penis up and to the right (the opposite of the curvature) as much as I can. To assist with the healing in the new position I am partially inflated and supposed to remain that way for a month until I see the doctor. Has anyone else had this experience being partially pumped for so long a time?

Yes buddy....weeks of inflation. I had to go 6 weeks partially inflated and so did most people who were implanted by Dr. Milam. You will find that what you see now is the maximum size you will be erect. Titans do not stretch upon implantation....they only get stiffer. I have a Titan, too. Congratulations on your implant. I am just guessing but you may not be partially inflated. I thought the same thing at first when I got my LGX put in early this year. THe condition I thought was inflated turned out to be just filled with enought fluid to make the cylinders round while healing, With all the swelling it certainly felt like it was inflated but it wasn't. The full penis pointing up is a bit of shocker especially in my case when my before surgery size was down to a small cocktail pickle, big difference when you wake up. But, hey, look at this way, this it what you paid for! I think with all implants and especially the titan like Genome said, this is the new you. I hope your decovery goes well and if you haven't read up on underwear choices, now would be a good time for that, there is a lot of info on this site on that subject. THe recovery is not fun time but neither is a limp unit.

Even if this is the fully erect new size I can live with that....I lost some length but I seem to have gained in girth.

I was 9 days out and walking aroubnd with what I now call the stubby chubby. The partial inflation was causing a lot of discomfort. I saw my surgeon yesterday and he deflated it some-- damn that hurt but it gave me great relief. I can now comfortably wear a jock and put on pants

Yea, I can relate! I got an LGX on St. Paddy's Day this year. My scrotum was so swollen the doc couldn't find the deflate button the morning after surgery. Bottom line, I walked around with a pretty good woody for 4 weeks until I finally found the button and was able to get the beast to deflate.

I kept it pointing up using the Franklin compression underwear during the day. The pressure on the glans was very uncomfortable because of the hard ends on the lgx, so I rolled up some paper towels and put a roll on each side of my boner. They were slightly longer that my penis, so took some of the pressure off.

Good luck! I feel your pain, really, I remember it well!
