My surgery is on Thursday. I can't believe it's going to happen. Part of me wants to cancel it because I just don't want to put up with everything that goes with it. The other part of me reminds the first part that the only other option is no sex for the rest of my life.

I just figured that I would go through with it and be in pain when it was too late to change my mind. That's exactly what happened.

You will regret it at first. Pain does that. But go for it! Trust me, you will not regret it once the pain goes away. But figure about 4 weeks before your life gets sane again. Some guys recover in two days. It depends on many circumstances. I was one of those who took longer to recoup and I still don't regret having the procedure.
