still not inflated after four months

I posted here several times after my September procedure. The doctor was unable to inflate my LGX implant because of the severe pain just trying to access the release button. I recently had a second procedure to relocate the pump lower in the scrotum and further from a testicle which is very tender because of a varicocele. Ten days out from the second procedure I have some swelling and pain - the incision this time is in the scrotum rather than above the penis like the first one. The good news is the incision is healing well and the pump is hanging much lower and I can tell it will be easier to inflate and deflate. My two biggest concerns are 1) the continuing sensitivity of my testicles when they rub up against the tubes and bulb and 2) what it will be like inflating for the first time with 4 months of scar tissue around the cylinders. Getting in and out of the car or out of a chair can still be pretty painful but I assume with time that should decrease although not go away. Next week the doc will try to pump me up. I am just a little nervous.
On a lighter note I can chuckle at some of you better endowed guys complaining about length after the procedure. I doubt I ever reached 5 inches even 30 years ago but what little I had was enough to satisfy my wife until it went limp three years ago (we are going on 42 years now). I know the loss in length should be offset by increased girth and stiffness like I haven't had since my 30's even with viagra.
