for Titan owners..

have you experience of sharp cylinders at the base in deflation state ? when flaccid my cylinders at the base seem pins and give to me a little pain . (I am only 4 weeks of installation).

My doc says it's normal because with titan has rigid material contruction.

i will add pics of the left shape in flaccid state ....

Don't worry, it's with me the same. Seems to be normal with Coloplast Titan.

I have a similar kink/bend at the same place.

My Doc, Dr. Eid, says it should be that way. No kinks in flaccid state means too short cylinders. Kinks when inflated means too long cylinders.

Pain should get less and less though nyou should not have pain forever.
But this can take some time.

I am so glad to read this post. That is exactly how mine look also. I thought my doctor did a bad job and that's why they look that way. My question is, where the cylinder protrudes do you feel a layer of tissue (the corpus cavernosa?) covering it between the cylinder and the skin of your penis? My cylinder ends are just covered by the skin of my penis with no corpus covering them like the rest of the cylinder?

important clarification:

my curve is not located at the base of the penis, but a little higher up. this was warring me since its more usual these curves stay at the base

I have the same situation with the Titan and I am one year post op.The fold is there when deflated when the penis is pointing downward. I called the Dr. a few several weeks after surgery because it was more noticeable after the swelling had diminished. I can always feel the fold ( no pain at all) which is why I was concerned. After about 7 or 8 good pumps it goes away, and at full inflation there is absolutely no sign of folds at all and everything is as strait as an arrow. Not to worry, however you should talk with the doc if you are concerned.

Today I have so much pain. it seems a pin that pricks and pushes out of the skin. I fear that it extrudes the skin. I'm reading your experiences, many have this problem, let me know if you also have experience of pain ..
