I would not get an implant based on this one.

You've confirmed the fears I have about my implant. I've been so disappointed with mine too and I fear it would be unusable for sex too, which is the primary reason for getting one. I think I would do it again as the old limp dick was useless anyway, but I would most definitely change the surgeon and choose Eid or Kramer. There would still be no guarantee of course but at least one would know that they were in the best hands and even if the outcome wasn't satisfactory, there is probably not much more that could've done. What I'm finding hard to deal is the regret that I put my faith in a doc almost blindly because he talked the talk. I had raised all the issues and concerns with him beforehand and he said that I'd be very delighted with the outcome.
Time like these one wishes they had a time machine. I'm probably 16-17k USD out of pocket and that's stinging like hell.

I would not, but for very different reasons. I have a perfectly functioning implant placed by Dr. Kramer in 2008, but due to the aftereffects of a stroke I've never used it and never will. But as many here have observed it's crucially important to have your implant done by the most experienced surgeon you can find. By doing that you will maximize the odds that you'll have a positive outcome and minimize the possibility of problems. There are no guarantees in any case, of course, but that's true of just about anything in life. I was counting on a greatly improved and extended sex life after my implant, but instead ended up with no sex life at all.

Of course I would do it again. Until age 57 it was a wonderful dick, I didn't know the meaning of ED. Then I was operated (colon cancer), after that I was living in a very different world. Lucky me, I went to an outstanding doctor, one of the best in Germany. Everything is perfect. No pain, working very well, it looks like a real beauty. There are no visible tubes.
By the way, the operation in Germany seems to be much cheaper than in the US. So, it might be worthwhile to have it done there. Even if one considers the expenses for the ticket.

To be honest I think I have to go with the best and then move on with my life one way or another. Kramer is still an option too. I don't want to go with anyone else and then not have a successful outcome. I'd only end up regretting again that I should have gone with the top surgeons in the US.

I also look with Eid and I could pay for the procedure .
