If your implant failed and had to be replaced, what brand was it and what failed?

Coloplast Titan. Pump in scrotum was rejected, resulting in excess fluid in scrotum @ 8 weeks post-op. From everything I was told (and I believe it to be true), there was no infection, just body rejecting the foreign materiial.

I've had multiple failures of all the various parts. Most failures were Coloplast Titan, and one failure of an AMS CX.

I guess you can say I am a bit of a pioneer when it comes to 3 piece implants.
I have had 3 failures in my life time, now you have to keep in mind that I have been implanted since I was 17 in Oct of 1988 and I am only 44. First one was after 10 and half years in 1999, 2nd was 8 years in 2007 and 3rd was 8 years late 2015. Most of the failures have been due to a break of some kind leak or pump failure with fluid no longer going to the cylinders. I don't know the make/model of the first 2 implants, in order to deflate them you had to pinch the 2 sides of the rectangular part before the bulb (if anyone knows they are welcome to chime in and give us the answer). 3rd device that failed as an AMS 700 CX. I have never had an issue with rejection or infection and the implants.
The current failed device is going to be replaced on the 24th with AMS 700 LGX. I don't have a big name doc since I am in Canada but the urologist that will be doing the revision does specialize in ED so I am confident everything will be fine.
