How much of implant cylinders extend into body?

I'm wondering if there's any set amount or percentage of the tunica (and thus the implant cylinders) that extends into the body. Or does it just vary from one guy to the next?

Ballpark is about one third of implant length.

I wonder if that includes rear tip extenders.

About one third of total length including rte's if any
