Ever since around 15 years old I stopped getting morning erections and maintaining an erection was hard work.

I have tried to use viagra, cilias, caverject... I found the best results came from cialis one a day pill with a viagra with it.

However I did not want to take pills everyday for the rest of my life and hoped the implant would be the best option.

So I am now 23 with my implant with mixed views about it.

This was paid for by the NHS at UCL london.

As you can see I have lost lots of length and girth and my glands dont engorge unless I oragsem or its not pumped up fully, But I have now always get a penis which will work 100% of the time...

The penis is however very curved now and I am having a MRI scan to see whats going on... so when I have my next op hopefully I can get myself resized better... who noes...

If not I sitll feel special im part robot and least my long journey is now at a final stop, even if I dont have the massive dick I had before atleast this one works properly!
(I feel I would of prefeerd the cilias and viagra combo the surgery though and Im currently on depression pills to help me overcome this)

Get another opinion from a high volume implant surgeon.

Looks like you had some issues with curving before the surgery. From what I've read, this is usually corrected by implanting one cylinder that is a bit longer than the other.

Given the knowledge gained from 40 years of medical practice and research, there's really no reason for a loss in length today. I agree with the previous member: get a second opinion from a high volume surgeon. In fact, you might send your pics to a couple. Some doctors are willing to reply--with the hope that you'll be a patient in the near future, of course. Good luck.

When was your surgery and how much have you lost in length and girth.

There are big guys here on this site like you. They seem to be satisfied with length and girth results from the implants.

What was your length and girth size before compared to post implant length and girth bone pressed.

Godspeed in all this. So sorry you are disapointed in your size. But for all practical matters, you have more than enough to sastisfy your wife. Sex is mostly about romance and extended foreplay for a woman that makes her beg for penetration.

How long since you had your surgery, have you spoke to your surgeon for his view on the results.
If you have, what did he tell you about it?

Also as you had it at the NHS at UCL London, you second surgery would be performed by the same surgeon.
So if you have the money, private may be a better option for your second surgery.

Who performed your surgery at the UCL?

I too had mine done at UCLH and happy with result

The curve is definitely a downer but it's still awesome to what I have now. Sometimes the pictures do not show the extend things are. Maybe a pencil or ruler beside would show in better context as should have I. Please understand I am not trying to slight your bend issue but it is still a nicer cock than 1/2 the guys in a locker room. I had nearly 8 inches before, now im 6 sadface (hoping the MRI leads to a revision and will ask for some rear tip exstenders or something... its effected me quite bad been on anti ds to keep me happy ever since the chop)

Once the curviture is sorted I know it will be fine for penetration it is a bit awakrd at the moment only lying both on our sides work well (spooning lol)

I know allready you did/are happy from reading this forum before my op haha.
I have a MRI scan on monday to see why they have installed it with such a bad curviture/could also be a reason to why its shorter.

Your curve looks very similar to mine! Glad your happy with what you got now though
