What are your defaults for how inflated you keep your penis when it is not fully inflated? How do you position your flaccid penis when you are dressed? Right now I am cycling to the max during my morning shower and when I get into bed at night. When I am ready to get dressed after my shower, I deflate my penis as much as I can and place my penis pointing up in my boxer briefs. Sometimes I fall asleep before I deflate my evening erection. I sleep on my side so the erect penis does not interfere with sleeping. If I don't fall asleep fully erect or awake in the middle of the night, I press the deflate button until the buzzing stops but do not squeeze out the rest of the fluid in my penis.
One of the reasons I am asking about deflate default is that I really do not like the feel of my penis when it is fully deflated and I can feel the bent edges of the cylinders. Other than looking like an exhibitionist, does anyone see a problem with only deflating until the buzzing stops and keeping my penis semi inflated all day? BTW most of my pants are sufficiently loose that I don't think the people would be able to tell the difference between my fully deflated penis and a partially inflated one.
Default inflation percentage and position

Bumping this up to see if there is anyone who would care to respond. Thanks,
Re: Default inflation percentage and position
I have not yet done the procedure but was wondering whether the cylinders could be felt by a partner when flaccid. More when fully deflated or partially?

Re: Default inflation percentage and position
I was told to generally keep deflated (actually there will be some gravity filling of cylinders from fluid not in reservoir). Personally, I do not mind the deflate look although not ideal cosmetically. It is what it is and I am so thankful for the procedure and what it has done for my life. If I feel the need of a little more "show" I do add a few squeezes. My deflated penis is much larger than my previous "grower". With Jockey underwear or bathing suit on I now feel much more satisfied in appearance than most of my life before IPP.

Re: Default inflation percentage and position
I keep mine semi inflated as well. My surgeon told me a lot of his patients do.

Re: Default inflation percentage and position
I have always been a shower and felt better with penis held up in briefs. Swinging around in my pants was not comfortable and showed too much. Not bragging but just why I always kept up. Since surgery I am bigger than before when flaccid almost at erect length so even more reason to keep up in briefs. I deflate but don't squeeze all the fluid out every day now that my reservoir space is healed as a space. I will deflate completely every few days before my inflate to max day to ensure reservoir space is kept big. I find if deflated all the way there are some bends in the cylinders and more comfortable if a little fluid in the cylinders. Hope that helps.

Thanks. My Kramer-installed implant is exactly the same as yours -- AMS CX 21 cm with 1 cm RTEs. Thus, your experience is especially relevant to me. I am going on a group bicycle ride tomorrow for the first time since my implant surgery. My riding buddies know about the implant. But, I have not yet decided how far to deflate before I put on my Lycra bike shorts. Unlike you, I was a grower before surgery. Whatever I do the bulge in my shorts is going to be bigger than it used to be.
Re: Default inflation percentage and position
I also have 21cm LGX. I have found the last few days that if I deflate, wait a while and lay down deflating aggressively, I am meaning squeezing and holding it tight for a minute, then I can get a more comfortable flacid. and it has a lot of little wrinkles instead of a couple big folds. I noticed yesterday the doc did the same thing. He waffle ironed that critter for a minute each time. MUCH more comfortable. Standing with 1 long squeeze I do not get near the flacid level.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Good luck on the ride. Did my first one last summer and no one fell off their bikes looking at my package including me despite the spandex. I was glad I had the padded shorts as I could feel the implant a bit but I was only a few months out from surgery. No riding here today since snowing. Have fun today.

The group ride fell through, but I was able to do a solo ride. I took it easy. But, if felt good to be back on the bike.
Did you change your saddle after you received your implant? I have not changed mine yet. I am riding a Fizik Arione, which has a solid middle. I don't feel that I need to get a split saddle, but I would be interested to hear if you (or anyone else) has switched to a split saddle and what difference that has made.
