Uncircumcised Implant

To those of you like me that are not circumcised...

Before any surgery (down there), a full solid natural erection included the head stretched beyond the end of the foreskin.
After Prostate Surgery, the only way I could get full erection was with VED pump. I know I lost some length, not sure how much, but again a fully pumped erection stretched the head outside of the foreskin.
What should I expect AFTER my implant (once fully recovered of course)?

btw, during my initial visit to Uro he offer to do circumcision for me. Rightly or wrongly I declined !
Thanks'Dave

As long as the surgery is done correctly, it will be like normal. You will have a larger flaccid though, and the foreskin will be at least partially retracted even when flaccid. It takes some getting used to as it can be sensitive.

That is what happened to me. But the tip of the head that wasn't covered now adjusted and things are just fine. And I'm glad you did not choose to be circumcised!

HMMMMM....
I am 2 weeks Post Op.(AMS 700CX)
Do not exactly remember what it first looked like (partially inflated)but don't remember seeing skin being back.
ONE WEEK Post Op I was having a lot of pain (and apparent swelling) trying to pee, So URO Deflated me.
NOW TWO WEEKS Post Op I have not touched pump(still deflated), kept Penis fully supported and Upright and covered and clean.
Just took a shower with it mostly pointing down. Skin is definitely longer than what is inside !!!
See Uro again in 2 weeks !!

Really? How many of us "chose" to be circumcised? That choice is usually made by parents when you are less than one month old. I sure don't remember mine discussing it with me beforehand.

Collleagues:
I am "natural". Pre surgery, my foreskin sat retracted behind the glans about 60 to 70 % of the time. It rarely covered the entire glans and even forward, covered perhaps 80% of the glans. For the first week or so post surgery, it remained fully retracted. I even tried to pull it forward to ease chafing of the glans when I was 80% inflated post surgery. Occasionally it would remain over the glans, but usually self retracted with moving around or contact with clothes. After about ten days to two weeks, it returned to normal. I mentioned it o the doc at my 2 week check up and he said it was probably due to post surgical swelling. He never offered to cut me.

At one time there was a doc that only would do an implant if he got to butcher your foreskin off too. I do not remember who and hope he is out of business. I think it is barbaric. Many get implants intact and remain happily that way. There was one doc that had utube videos a year or two ago that would always cut off a band of skin if he had to deglove you for a repair. One video he made the comment it was to give the illusion that no penis length was lost due to the surgery. I won't mention names of some I know of here but there are several intact and pleased with their outcome. Too many men claim lost sensitivity cut. I never heard that claim from an intact man.
