Quite a few on FT complain about their implant - therefore the question: who was happy with the implant right from the start and still is?
Me, everything is excellent so far. Hopefully it'll be like this for a long time.

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
Happy with mine since the day of surgery when it hurt less than I thought it would when I woke up. Pretty sensitive area and all that it is. Not to say it wasn't pretty sore. No erections before without injections now I can anytime. I can feel tubes and pump etc that I didn't have before surgery if I push around but wife says no different feeling with intercourse except always hard as long as it needs to be. Simplistic thinking but implants really only promise to make your oenis hard with cylinders and tubes. And honestly they are really just part of me now though I still marvel at my on demand erection.
66 year old with ED intermittently for years and consistently for the 2 years before implant. Tried everything. AMS CX 21cm+1 cm RTEs Dr Kramer 4/29/2015.
Revision 5/3/2021 AMS CX 700 21cm+2 cm RTEs.
Revision 2022 Titan XL 24 cm no RTEs.

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
I have had my AMS 700 LGX for almost three years and it has been trouble free and greatly improved my life and self esteem.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.
Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
I've been happy with my implant from the start (and so has my wife). I recommend it to any guy when they don't like or can't use other less invasive methods (it should be the last resort since it permanently destroys the natural erectile tissue). I can always get hard (don't have to worry about being nervous, worried, or tired) and I can stay hard as long as I want to (even after orgasm, which can be nice for the wife). Man, does it make sex great!
Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
Yes I've been happy with mine.
Eid has done a fantastic job.
Recovery was a bitch, but that's what I expected.
I am basically fully recovered now, and things are good.
Happy with the implant is not equal to not have any issues whatsoever on the road to recovery.
Trying to inform others about every issue during recovery, every doubt and thought, is not equal to being dissatisfied.

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
AMS 700 lgx implanted in October 2015 and I have not had any problems at all. Did not loose any length. Its like a new toy for me. I wake up in the middle of the night and inflate it. I am amazed by it. I sometimes go to bed with it inflated and when I wake up I inflate it more and then again when I get up in the morning. I really think this helps with the length. My wife LOVES it! I orgasm like a 18 year old. It has made me 10x more hornier than I was a year ago. My wife and I breed like Rabbits!

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
I couldn't be happier with my implant. Like merrix said; recovery was a bitch, but that was to be expected. And he is right on when he says that being informative about the issues encountered is not equal to being dissatisfied.
What the implant did for me was turn sex back into what it was before the prostate cancer and prostate removal. No pumps, pills, planning or penis pain. Just an erection when you want it.
Also, right there with a lot of the other guys: sex may actually be better. No freaking out over the possible loss of an erection. You can sleep with your penis inside her if you want with it still hard when you take it out. It's my new phase of sexuality.
And, like others have said: my wife likes it better too. She said that the hardness gets rid of the bending at the opening that we used to get. Also, intercourse had began to get painful for her and the extreme hardness that I can get with my erections with the implant lessens this immensely.
Yes; the first three months was a bear for me. My recovery was tough. And take a lot of the comments that you see in FT with a grain of salt as many of the comments occur from guys in that initial period. Right now, for me, it's all good!

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
Recovery was difficult (more so than prostatectomy) but that was expected. I have had my Titan for about a year and one half. I have had no problems to speak of and it has been restored by love life to what I remember it was like in my 20s and 30s. My wife of 43 years loves it too! I am so thankful to people on this forum who influenced me to take the leap.

This is very much like my experience. I am happy to hear that I am not the only guy here that feels like he has a new toy and plays with it in the middle of the night.
Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
I have had my second Titan implant for nearly two years. Very troublefree. Very good. Chose wrong doctor for first implant. Love my implant.
