Any tips on increasing size pre-revision?

As most of you probably know, I'm going to have a revision with Eid quite soon. My aim is to obviously to have the current issues fixed as much as possible. One area I'm focussing on is re-gaining size. I understand that scar tissue builds up so if the current implant is under-sized then there is limited increase in size during the revision as the penis won't stretch much further due to scar tissue. A revision will never be as good as getting it right first time.
What I am trying to do these days is to cycle aggressively twice daily, until I can feel the pain (but not too much that I'm in agony). At the same time I pull on my glans as implant tips don't reach into the glans. This was the advice given by Eid and I'm following it. I want to stretch the penile tissue as much as possible before the revision. Eid said that there isn't much more that I can do apart from pulling on the glans. He mentioned about cock rings and said that they only stretch the glans, rest of the penis still stays the same size so not much better. He also mentioned that Vacuum pumps don't really help much either as they only engorge the glans. I'm however now thinking of trying VED (as I have one), in the last few weeks before surgery as it can't do any harm. The current implant is going to be thrown away anyway so even if I manage to damage it somehow then it won't really matter.
At this stage I feel that I have to give anything a try that may help. The window of opportunity will be closing soon, so if you guys have any tips that will help with stretching or re-gaining a bit of size then I'm willing to give it a try. For example, is it beneficial to stay inflated overnight? I tried it last night but it was a bit painful to be able to fall asleep. I want to maximise the chance of a successful revision. I know that I probably won't re-gain all of my length but I want to get as close as possible so at least I know that I did my best.
Just to re-iterate, size is only issue that needs some focus, the other issues I'm confident that Eid will have no issues resolving. I'm sure soft glans, tubing and pump placement fixes will almost be a walk in the park for him.

Well.... If he told you to stretch, why not use a traction device? It would be good in this particular case!

I just don't understand why Eid continues to declare that vacuum pump therapy doesn't really help much. A definitive, irrefutable study demonstrated unequivocally that it does indeed help.
http://digital.healthcaregroup.advansta ... tid=20#/28I'm not sure about how well vacuum pump therapy would help pre-revision though.

Maybe I missed something, but wasn't it exactly a revision Eid was referring to in this case?
And regarding scientific papers, I have written a few of them myself during my PhD studies. All I can say is that for every three studies showing that A causes B, there will be one equally fancy study showing that A does not cause B.
And there is most often a sponsor who likes to see a certain result.
If a published paper was the definite truth, all published papers in a certain field would present the same results. And they don't. Science is trial and error. Hypotheses being proven and later proven wrong. So the world goes.
That doesn't mean Eid is right. It just doesn't mean he's wrong either.

You're doing the right thing with aggressively cycling twice daily. Try taking ibuprofen or another pain reliever before cycling. Should help you to keep it inflated longer. Also you can fill a sock with dry beans or rice and microwave it to get it warm. It will help with pain and help stretching.

I don't know Eid's view on VED before first implant but in this case he was referring to VED in relation to a revision procedure. I have to say that what Eid said makes sense. He said that he tried many different protocols with patients before revisions and nothing really helped significantly, if at all. The good news (as he said it) is that I have soft glans so he'll definitely be able to insert a larger device. I'll give VED a try anyway, got nothing much to lose at this stage anyway. If anything the blood flow to the glans should be beneficial.

Thanks for the suggestion, I might give painkillers a try. I certainly have plenty of them leftover from my first op. I've been using a hot water bottle to keep the area warm and stretchy

But in this case there haven't been any equally fancy studies showing that A does not cause B--and I've searched for them. I also hold a Ph.D. and have had some experience in analyzing research. In research it's not uncommon for money to shift to another area after a study has proven to be definitive; no need re-inventing the wheel. The emphasis shifts from "Does this work? to "Yes, it works, but is there something even better?"
Other members here have reported that Eid is an unbeliever when it comes to vacuum pump therapy reducing risk of penile shortening. In this case Eid is just wrong.

For every expert there is an equal and opposite expert. You pays your money and you takes your chances.

I tried using VED on the first implant but it was plain awkward and I just couldn't get it to work so I gave up after a couple of tries. I don't think VED would help much in case of a revision anyway. I just resorted to stretching the head of the penis after inflating / cycling the first implant. I think it worked in the sense I managed to have an additional 3cm of cylinder length. Part of that was possible due to the tips from the first implant not reaching into the glans so there was additional room before even stretching.
