AMS/BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CALLED ABOUT IMPLANT

This is very odd.
AMS.B.S.( Boston Scientific or Bull $hit, you chose) lady returned my call about this non working implant today.
I told her the issues I had with the implant.
Her responses:
1. Nearly everybody has a smaller penis after getting an implant. It's just the way it is. Depending on your anatomy it
could be considerably smaller. Have you had anyone look at it?
2. in regard to me pumping to 350 pumps ( most so far). It will take 6 months to 2 years of pumping like that till the
cylinders are fully expanded before I do not have to pump that much. The cylinders are not fully expanded yet.
3. Yes, tip extenders come in many sizes but they are tip extensions, not extenders.
4. There is likely nothing wrong with it, You need to keep pumping every day for several more months to 2 years. The
cylinders are not fully expanded and won't be for a couple years.
5. If I want to get another opinion I should see Dr. Dean Knoll, the "foremost specialist in penile prosthetics in the
United States. He is in Nashville Tennessee. Private practice called Centennial Urology... just google his name.
He does not work at Vanderbilt. "
6. All the issues with my records and the product label are the fault of the operating room staff. Nobody needs the
product identification. They just started providing it this year. AMS has requested no more information other than
you have an AMS LGX 21cm.
7. I tell her it will not get hard, it is very bendable, even after 150 pumps. She replies the cylinders are not fully
expanded. It could take a couple more years pumping.
8. Thank you for calling Boston Scientific.
I am not amused. WTF? Wish I had recorded it instead of putting it on speaker for my wife to hear.

Record everything.
I've never seen Dean Knoll's name mentioned here on FT. Why not?

I must have missed something...
I thought that once the pump bulb has broken in, i.e. one can squeeze it wall-to-wall, then the number of pumps possibly achievable should INCREASE, not DECREASE. Exactly for the reason AMS mentions above. The cylinders are not fully expanded. When they are expanded, they are larger and can contain more fluid. Hence you can pump more...
If it takes two years till an AMS gives you a hard erection - I tend to agree with Dr. Perito: It should be discontinued because ot its inferiority in comparison to the other brand.
Doesn't whoever you talked to understand how stupid the things she says sounds? Not very good advertising for her brand...

There was no talking sense into stupid. I have a request to speak to another who hopefully had some clue what transpires to make things work on globe planet earth. Makes you want to pull your hair out.
Talked to Coloplast. That guy was the base, filiment and glass short of a bulb.in a heartbeet I would fire this guy Knew nothing other than Lavine and Eid do install Colopast and they are select premiere implanters. No idea how many but no complaints about either. Milam is not one of their preferred implanters. Not even on the list.

350 pumps is nonsense and I never heard of this doctor either. See Dr. Kramer as he does a tremendous number of revisions and may be able to help. He just implanted mine and I couldn't be happier or in better hands. Read about him here and you will understand just how good he is.

This is total nonsense. While ten to fifteen years ago nearly everyone had a smaller penis after an implant, that's just not true today. The notion of it being necessary to pumping 350 times--shoot, 50 times--is pure madness, so is the rest of what she said.
You still don't want to confer with an attorney?

I have never ruled out talking to an attorney but if I talk to one I will have the groundwork already completed. Suits across state lines and in Federal Court are a different game for those who have never been there. If it turns out to be a product issue, that is another ballgame also. If I do chose litigation it is highly unlikely I would discuss it on a public forum. I am a firm believer in leaving the opposing side in the dark as much as possible. There is too much here in that respect already, though I do not think any could be disproven. I do not do that kind of thing without making sure I am clearly on irrefutable ground. There is still a considerable way to go to that point. Most at this time is he says, she says. You get nowhere suing for stupid but whether these people are merely dense or trying to cover up known issues still has to be sorted. I can accept a certain level of mistakes or stupid shit. We are all human but if there is a clear pattern of knowingly causing issues and continuing to do so, then the entire context changes. We will be having lawyer meetings within the month and I may bring it up for discussion just for some unbiased feedback providing a room full of men can be non biased when it comes to dick disasters. In the mean time I will concentrate on what it takes to make this thing right. I read several doctors spiel last night along with AMS's and all are very careful to avoid the subject of size or dance around the edges. I did not find any that said the LGX can expand 20% over time or any amount like you read on the forum. I did find Coloplast saying girth could increase over time. I've had some implantees contact me that have similar experiences to mine. I am going to discuss their journey a little more with them as time allows.

Maybe they have a deal with Knoll and trying to throw business his way. I had never heard of him till she gave me his name. Maybe he is their fixer in more ways than one.........looks fine to me.....

Hey Alibaba, If I remember, you are the one who has to pump hundreds of times?
I was scanning topics for something different to your problem when I found one called "Bending Penis" that included the comment:-
"Well I got to see Dr. Cornell Friday 2/5/16 I was hoping it was a operator error problem and not a faulty pump problem. He told me that before I pump up I had to make sure I was completely deflated otherwise I could pump forever and it would never fill completely. He deflated me completely and then started inflating and I heard the pop which I was never getting before. He pumped 12 times and said to give it a rest and move it around and then pumped 12 more times and I was completely erect. He pushed it back kind of hard and it would not bend. I was so happy to find out it was just a operator problem. Since that day I have deflated completely and when I go to inflate it I hear the pop. I got to practice on my wife Sunday during the Super Bowl and it worked wonderfully no bending problem."
Hope that helps you in some way? Dave'
