On Friday I called Dr. Eid's office to see if I could ask some questions of the doctor regarding a revision of the surgery done by Dr. Milam. The receptionist suggested I email him with all of my information and questions.
To my surprise I received a very lengthy and detailed email from Dr. Eid this morning (a Sunday morning).
I couldn't even get replies from Dr. Milam when I was calling about two concerns of mine over issues with my implant. Five calls, no answers.
What a difference.

I found exactly the same thing. I had a comprehensive reply the same day from Dr Eid. I was able to arrange a video conference very soon afterwards. I've emailed his office regularly to organise my revision and they've always been super quick with replying, and extremely polite.

Yes, Kramer and Eid both get back to guys right away, both very caring and attentive. The rumor is that Eid has gotten a little "hungrier" with less work and lot of competition in the new york area, tough market. Kramer seems to be a bit unstoppable right now but I'm sure his practice is still designed around a similar, "get back to folks right away" mentality.

I can only speak for my experience with Eid, which has been exceptional. As said before, he made two visits to my hotel first week after surgery. Once when I called his mobile at 3 am. He came visiting me at 5:30, before going to work. The other time was a Sunday afternoon.
He encouraged me to come see him every day (!) at his clinic while I was in NY. I came in three times per week and he was genuinely interested.
Once I was back home, I contacted him a few times via SMS to his personal mobile. He always replied within hours.
Still today I send him an occasional email, and he always replies within hours.
I also like his personality. He is confident, has a sense of humor, and is very straightforward. Combined with his way of genuinly caring.
I cannot find one negative thing to say about him.
Well, he is expensive, but he's worth it.
