How long have you had the implant? Pumps and tubing can migrate for a couple of weeks until scar tissue forms. After that, it's supposed to stay put. Maybe tubing in the area you're talking about is different.

My pump migrated from the rear to the front a week after surgery. By the time I got an answer to my question about moving it back, the scar tissue had firmed up and it wasn't possible.

There was nothing I could do. It was too late. If the surgeon's nurse had gotten my question to him the week before when I called, the tissue would have been soft enough that I could have moved the pump to the back.
