I'm hearing a lot of guys talk about implants creating rock hard erections. I also hear some guys saying that this is a negative. Why is this? I'm only 20% inflated now after surgery and my lady like to feel the firmness and the blood flow is such that the head swells and shaft also has some increase. Can't wait for full inflate in two weeks.
