What issues do I have to look forward to after my surgery? How are they overcome or managed?

Underwear.
Just have to try to see what you can make work. Fortunately after the dick straight up bit, I was able to go back to my regular underwear but till then it was a challenge.

I guess the question is about the glans.
Nothing really. Maybe I noticed a slight reduction in blood flow to the glans which resulted in my glans being a bit 'wrinkled'. That disappeared gradually though and now it's back to normal.
