Implants and Ejaculation

Hi, i always suffefred from PE but ever since I got my implant its gotten much worse. The other thing I notice is the amount of pre-cum I get, since the implant its ridiculous and quite embarrassing. Anyone know any solutions for pre cum ? I use EMLA cream to help with PE and its great but dont know what to do about precum. Any suggestions as to why it would get worse since the implant?
