Day 103 with pictures

Progress (??) report day 103 post implant 21cm LGX w/o tip extensions. Infrapubic installation.

Measurements now
Girth at base, 13.5cm
Mid Shaft 12 cm
Immediately below glans 9.5 cm

♂ Length remains constant at 13 cm or 5.5"
♂ Girth has increased slightly at the base and more on the right side than left at mid shaft. Still tapers like a traffic cone toward the glans
♂ Shaft skin is still purple and quite sore below the glans. Nobody seems to have an answer.
♂ Starting to be able to milk some blood into the glans but it shrinks back as soon as I quit squeezing off the blood supply top and bottom Certainly nice to get some pink color in it and can milk enough blood in it that is larger than shaft size though it will shrink to smaller than the shaft in about 3 strokes.
Erection ring seems to help keep that more stable but hurts and makes it harder to pump in more fluid. Trimix gel to be ready tomorrow. I had hoped an implant would save me from Ciallis, trimix and erection rings. Not so. Another reason I wish I never had an implant but I'm determined now that I've gone a step with no return to make this damned cursed thing work whatever it takes.
♂ Erection angle is about 2:30 at 25 pumps and 1:30 at 40 pumps. I always try for 40 and start to feel some stretch at 50. Cannot
always get 50 but more often. VERY flexible at 20 pumps and hangs about 4:00. Hangs about 4:30 flaccid.
♂ Pump still glitchy. Some days is will work perfectly 2-3 days in a row, then will take several tries to get the pop and to pump. Some
days the bulb will collapse after 30 hard squeezed pumps like it is a very soft spring and will produce no more erection. some days it still does the 2 pop or buzzes a few squeezes before it pops. Kind of like fishing. Never know if you get an empty hook, a guppy or a whale.
♂ Left curve is getting more pronounced erect. Less so flaccid. Upward curve is also getting more pronounced.
♂ I've found if I can milk some blood into the glans before I pump and try to hold it there, I have little issue with the urethra pinching
and can keep the implant pumped up for near an hour without pain from being hard. This is major progress but time consuming and not always possible to make it work. Maybe throwing more $$ into the trimix will help.
♂ Key to the perineal pain seems to be to never walk around with a hard on. Always remain laying down. Odd, but it is what it is.
♂ Damned tubing still wears sore around my penis. Some days I wonder if it will ever improve or grow enough scar tissue to help. Sucks
to have to find time and a place to sit or lay down to let it rest because I am so sore but some days it gets to be a have to moment. I have no doubt the infrapubic approach is the issue.
♂ High riding pump attached to the Rt nut and the corner sticking out wear on the scrotal skin and keep it sore too. Always red there.
When I am on my feet many hours the pump hanging on the rt nut makes it sore too. One doc said that attachment will thin over
time, another said it needs to be surgically separated to improve. Damned infrapubic again.
♂ I loathe clothes shopping but have wasted considerable time trying to find extremely light weight and thin clothing to help make this
more comfortable. Soreness increases many fold with heavier clothing. Thankfully it is summer. If I could only work naked........
♂ IF there is any stretch in length to this thing it is that it raises the tubing wad above the penis up from the pubic bone to the point
I can slide 2 fingers between the tubing and pubic bone on each side and touch finger tip to finger tip underneath through the skin when pumped up.
Nothing but lost dick length here.
♂ I've had some interesting emails with Dr. Andrew Kramer about this thing. Part of his commentary I am not at liberty to share but I
think all total he has had some positive response about how to fix this mess. Seems my mess is a common one and even though he
was not sure he still had a video showing how he made the infrapubic to scrotal replacement, I found one in his stable of 150+ videos.
The video answered many questions I had. Still not sure he can do mine the same way due to the "wad of tubing" but maybe. I was
to call his office with insurance information today but a long day kept me from it. Tomorrow shapes up the same it looks like.
Dr. Kramer has been very responsive and yes he does follow the FT. Like Eid, he said doctor visit 1 day, surgery the next is quite possible.
♂ As far as limiting activities, the issues that cause soreness are the only limiting factors. I can do anything I did before the implant and
more with no ill effect. From that point I have no issue with the implant. I am surprised how often things bump up against my dick during a day, something I took for granted before.
With a dick full of plastic, the impacts, even light or minor do hurt. Computer, clipboard, bump into things. My dick needs a body guard. I can take care of anything else.

♂ As far as I know, I've never stiffed a person for a penny in my life. Vanderbilt is getting in a snit wanting $83 more with letters and phone calls. A part of me says pay it and keep my honorable good name. Another part says F**kem. $83 penalty for some crappy service is not much to eat percentage wise against a $71,000+ bill that they have been paid.

After 1 hour modeling, this is as straight as I can get the left curve. Used to bend fairly straight. Not so now. Scar contracture from the implant procedure is my understanding.

As a newer patient of Dr. Kramer I would suggest you reach out to him and let him see if he can correct. I am very pleased with the implant AMS/LGX and progress so far. Photo attached for about 30 days after placement. I inflated about an hour ago and deflated a moment ago. Had the Burn (muscle) that tells me it is still stretching out and will continue for 6 to 12 months yet. At about 5" and hope to go back to 6+.

I want to wish you the best and if Dr. Kramer can help, he will. he fixes a lot of the poor implants other doctors do.

I was prepared to go to Kramer and my wife was already checking out hotel accommodations, then I find out Kramer is not a contract provider for United Healthcare so my out of pocket surgery cost was estimated to be $23,900 plus travel expense vs. $0 for a provider who accepts United Healthcare. I spent 3 days trying to find a different health plan last Nov/Dec. I could find none that paid 100% like mine does, all were 80/20 plans and cost more than the $25k a year I pay. I've had the same insurance over a decade and it is a plan I'm grandfathered in that you cannot buy any more. Kramer not being a contract provider I have a $5900 out of network penalty, no meds are covered, and penalty of 20% of the BILLED amount. Not what an insurance company would pay but whatever inflated number the hospital chooses to bill which we all know can be up to 4 times what an insurance or negotiated price would be. I'd see Kramer tomorrow if he accepted insurance from the 2nd largest insurer in the country. Seriously, Dr. Kramer, you read these posts, we talked about it, I would plan to see you at your earliest convenience if you only took my insurance. d
