Two years post implant - also three years post implant....

Postby LMCatman » Tue Apr 26, 2016 8:42 am

Three years ago Sunday I received my first Titan implant. Two years ago yesterday, Dr Perito removed it and replaced it with a smaller and properly installed Titan. The months after my first implant were filled with pain and 'oh shit.... What have I done'.... The months after my "revision" have been filled with fucking!

So after 2(3) years..... My length is 5.5".....girth is 5"....implant is comfortable 99% of the time (when flaccid, I reposition it several times during the day..I wear tight briefs to keep it at about "one o'clock"...... when it moves to about " seven o'clock ", it's uncomfortable and I move the clock back to one). I often get "cold head" when laying naked on my back. I put a sheet or even a washcloth over it and it's fine. It's often followed by "warm head")))).

My implant cycles easily. The bulb is still hard to squeeze and takes 30 or more squeezes for "full" inflation. Deflation is simple and easy. I find it easier to deflate while standing. At least six of my "therapists" have inflated me and two have successfully deflated me. All were afraid of "squeezing a nut" but none did.

I sometimes drip a little pee..... Not much, but I've learned to drink less before a session and usually stop to pee once or twice before the condom goes on. 5.5 years post-RP, I make no semen and the condom is empty when I'm done.

THE ORGASMS..... this is really what it's all about. Because of the RP and not making semen, my internal "orgasm pump" is trying to pump semen but can't get any, so it keeps trying and keeps pumping. This results (not every time but often) are very long and very intense orgasms. I call them "Stooges Orgasms" as some of the noises I hear myself making remind me of a three Stooges soundtrack. New "therapists" are surprised and amused... 'no....I don't need to call 911'.... regulars will keep on riding and keep me coming longer! While resting during a "two therapist session" I recently commented 'I never dreamed old age would be so much fun'!!!!!

Regrets? Yes...... Why the fuck did I not see Perito the first time!!!!!

Synopsis: I am very happy!!!!!

Congrats to you with a successful implant this time LC

Shit happens and hits you in the face at times, but luckily you found the right surgeon!

Keep on "Trucking'" with those great O's......

Do you still use Perito for any other uro problems? Looking for a good Uro in FT Lauderdale....??

Anyway Good luck

I actually haven't been to any urologist since Perito released me. "My urologist" is still the Dr that botched my first implant. I've been getting the scripts for my PSA blood tests from my primary care physician. 5.5 years cancer free!!!

If I had any urology problem, Dr Perito would be my first and only choice..... If I have no problems, the drive to Coral Gables is brutal...

well....briefly.....he put in a "too large" implant, a "too large" pump, "crossed" one of the "balloons" so about 1" out, it took a severe turn down and to the left, positioned the pump so it "migrated" to where I lost access to the release valves, positioned the reservoir so it "moved" into what Dr Perito said was a "dangerous" position..... that's all I can think of quickly - it's stuff I'd prefer to forget....

Oh yeah.... THANK YOU DR PERITO.....!!!!
