How recently have you had your implant? Mine was very weak as a result of constriction of the urethra because of the implant surgery. It all came back to normal after a few months.

In the first couple weeks I had to push hard to pee, otherwise a dribble.
I learned to pee easily I had to deflate to the max, then no issue. Literally wad your dick up in a ball sqeezing the crap out of it and pushing it into your body. To pee easily I need to be deflated this far even if it only contains the 1-2 pumps I would give it to lock the valve after deflate. If it was a weak stream I needed to deflate more. Messing with it, I find I can make it near impossible to pee altogether by putting about a dozen pumps in it.
It often takes a deflate, then about 20 minutes later laying down flat and deflating again, maybe even a 3rd time, then I can pee like I did at 16. Doing this is the method that supports my comment that it is easier to pee in the post I listed the likes and dislikes of this implant.

When I "really have to pee", my stream is very very strong (I am 5.5 years post-RP). When I just need/want to pee a little, my stream can be weak to so weak the pee "dribbles" off to the right (usually) and I sometimes have difficulty not dripping on my pants. Post RP, pre-implant, my dick was so short I always had to sit to pee. Now I nearly always stand to pee. I like standing to "pee like a man"!

I still often have the "stray drop of pee" or two that I "chase out" starting with my finger just ahead of my butthole and working up along my scrotum to the base of my dick.

I love my (little....) implant!!!
