Hello guys,(First of all sorry if my English isnt very good,because its not my firt language)..
MY PROBLEM: about 4 years ago (i am 24 now) like lots of young guys i though to make my penis bigger,of course my penis was smaller than average and that makes me feel bad(my size 5 inches legnth and very thin 4.3 inches girth..)But i was completely Healthy,if i see hot girl less than minutes i got hard..anyway i went to urologist and he told me use penile pump to make your penis bigger..before that i even didnt know what is penis pump and told me use it 3 times per day every time 20-30 minutes... it was totally simple pump without any pressure indicator,just he told me used it till you et erect and hold it near 30 min..first day i used it and saw Awsome result and see my penis so girthy that never see before..i really didnt know it can damage my penis...about 5 days i used it with alot pressure and my penis become very girthy But days 6 when i was using it i heared snap sound,,first i didnt notice(it was painless moment) BUT after use less than day i saw my penis become totally numb and dead and totally bloody under skin and even thinner than before..in one word after incident till Now my penis become dead and numb(in these years i did colour doppler with injection and shows no problem like plaque or fracture in my C.C but with search now i know i injured my B.c muscle and dorsal nerve)..i barely can even feel i have penis through my legs that is horrible.my eq become like shit and never have natural erection.it just become semi with sever stimulation and less than seconds become soft again..i have orgasm point but very weaker than before
DOCTORS:i went to doctors and nobody couldnt even know what is my problem and just say we cant do anything to you...
After 4 years i know my penis is useless plus its darker than before cause under skin bleeding and i awful shape...after incident i broke up with my gf and just hardly pass my university..
SOLUTION:this site is about penile implant and its about year that i found this site,,YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND THIS FORUM IS AWSOME,,i read story of some of you like merixxx and others,,BUT my different with you is you have good shape penis that feel it through you legs but with E.D,BUT my problem is after incident i barley can even feel my penis.its really dead and numb like i have no junk at all...I think my only solution is TOTAL PHALLIC RECONSTRUCTION using forearm tissue(its solution for males with severe injury,cancer,amputation or severe micropenis plus its solution for creation penis for transgenders)...WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? The first thing that I would recommend doing is to have you post your general location (no need to be specific). Then ask the great guys (and some gals) on this site who are familiar with that location who the most respected and qualified urologists are in the area that you live. You really need to go to another urologist who is familiar with this situation, be it a venous leak or some kind of nerve damage, and can help you with a strategy for reconstruction. It could be a real challenge or simpler than you think, but a highly trained urologist will know exactly what to do.

Are you able to ejaculate ?

You say you have orgasm. That is a good sign. The nerve runs down the dorsal side (top center) of your penis. This nerve may well be damaged. There is an electro stimulation test to test the nerve. I do not know what it is called. There are a FEW doctors who do nerve grafts where they take a nerve out of your ankle and transplant it called a sural nerve graft. It takes a neural surgeon. Seemed to me there was one in Alabama and Texas, U.S. that did that. It is not a guaranteed procedure to work and most insurance companies will not pay for it. There is a forum about this that I ran across somewhere. The ones who had the surgery with success said it took 2-5 years for feeling to come back.

Repairing the penis you have would be your best bet. There is a group in California that specializes in that as well as Dr. Stephen Brandes at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis Missouri. U.S.A.

The surgery you mention is to build a new penis for someone who does not have one. Female to male surgery most of the time. IT WILL NOT fix your lack of feeling. Unless most of your penis is gone, I very very seriously doubt any reputable doctor would consider such a procedure in your case. In the cases this arm graft is used to make a new phallus, they usually attach the female clitorus to the end to get the feeling. In cancer reconstruction if the glans remains they do the same. Being you have no feeling, no matter it they put your whole arm in your dick, it will not fix your feeling issue. You need a specialist in penile reconstruction and repair which will likely put you to a neural surgeon.

How long has it been since your penis was damaged? Damage can be very slow to heal. Urologist have told me to expect 2 years on most issues I had with mine. If you do not have a pump then you need to stop pumping before you see little red dots on the skin ( ruptured cells bleeding_) and before the skin gets fat and red. Both will not be much bigger than your normal erection. Getting a bigger penis with a pump is a long many year process, not a one week thing. Size wise, you are average size. Unless your girlfriend is used to giving birth to cows it should work for you and her both.

What you are describing seems to be a penis fracture. If it is, it requires immediate surgical repair. The sooner you get a doctor to confirm, or rule out, such a diagnosis the better off you will be. If they diagnose you with a fracture, they can repair the fracture and restore some or all of the functionality. The longer you wait, the more difficult it is for a surgeon to repair it.

fracture is every bit a possibility but he says he had color doplar that showed no fracture. Does not mean the doc was a wizard though.

Well, he did say 4 years ago. Also if he as on signs of fracture that's good. He should look for info on penile revascularization, and Dr Irwin Goldstein. Maybe he can bypass the blocked arteries inside is penis, which is a common occurrence on penile fractures. And trust me folks.... I know... :'(

ALIBABA: yes i have orgasm but if i wanna tell my situation more detailed:no spontaneous erection and no feeling of coming of blood pressure in my penis even when i am hard with sever stimulation .. i cant edge at all,i mean when i wanna play to my penis it feels i rub my arm!!(no erotic sensation on the shaft at all,just can sit and rub my orgasm point under the glans and feel a bit erotic and my orgasm become more like urination feeling with a bit pleasure till good old intense orgasm) i ruined my b.c muscle plus nerves like hell(that is the muscle that with that we can have exotic feeling and In males it contributes to erection, the contractions of orgasm and ejaculation,,please google it Bulbospongiosus muscle wiki and see that).. its hard to come to U.S fore me..about reconstruction i eamiled to one of the best andrologist in the world dr.nim christopher(they have neural expert in their team too) that is in U.K and he told me come to london to see your problem and situation,I know it will not fix lack of my feeling and i cant NEVER have normal feeling of penis like before,BUT i really dont know what should i do except that.. you asked How long has it been since your penis was damaged? i has been near 4 years without any progress...i stop pumping after that fucking week(i though i can make my penis bigger less than month and misused it and it ruined my penis in just one week)..i think with phalloplasty with implant at least i can get hard with implant again plus after incident shape of my penis become awful(dark cause under skin bleeding and soft and small without feeling in that) maybe with good phalloplasty surgery at least i can have better shape penis than now and maybe they connect the forearm nerve graft to my dorsal nerves and it improves my neophallus sensation...the london team are expert in both shape and feeling and i hope for that... thanks alibaba i will search about sural nere graft.
P-FRACTURE: it was not penis fracture.i mean its not tunica alboginous or C.C fracture cause it doesnt show in coulour doppler with injection(plus i have no venous leakage) but it was tear of b.c muslce..my describe: i pumped a lot and chambers of my b.c muscle become full of blood,,my penis hold that blood till cause pressure and lack of oxygen it torn(even explode!!) and after that my penis become numb on shaft and dark...

Hello my friend PFRACTURE..i am really sorry to you for your injury ..how do you injured yourself? in our age sever E.D is fucking nightmare and i really know your feeling and your frustration..my case is not exact penile fracture but it is b.c muscle injury and maybe torn buck fascia with nerve damage.. are you numb too? can you please describe your story?

guys any other advise?
