It varies - some report feeling like a teenager again, others are less fulsome but still report satisfaction in general, and some are unhappy for various reasons, many because of bad luck or bad surgery. I haven't seen anybody reporting PE, and I'd be surprised if anybody has found that to be a problem; even if it is, you don't lose your erection so you can keep going. Since I've never used mine I can't comment on what that is like.

My implant gives me an extremely hard hard-on, hard enough to penetrate during intercourse (which is the main reason I got an implant). Is it exactly like when I was a teenager?
