How Involved Is The Second Time Around?

Curious to see if an entire replacement is needed the second time around how it compares to the first.

It's the same except less pain and faster recovery

From what i got from watching all of dr kramers videos:
you replace untill you find the break,after that its up to the surgeon
most of the times the break is at the tubing very close to the pump so its very easy to find
most of the times if a lot of time has passed since the previous implant its good to replace the cylinders since you can "gain" length in revisions
the reservoir is really the thing that either gets reused or left behind without removal
