I see East Coast surgeons being discussed here but not West Coast. Anyone have West Coast surgeons to recommend?

My urologist does implants. So does my last urologist. Where do you live? I live near Seattle.

University of California San Francisco Medical Center, Dr. Lue. One of the best!!
I've been in to see him and discuss Implant Surgery. I'm new on the implant scene but did a lot of research before selecting Dr. Lue.

"I resent (as in do not appreciate) the PMs (as in P.M.S.)" That meaning made absolutely no sense to me until I inserted a hyphen and observed the upper/lower cases.

I had to re-read the post three times before I figured out what it meant.

I re-sent the PMs (plural of P.M.)

I love text.

Dr. Karpman. My implant went without a hitch. An acquaintance had four prior botched attempts by some other Bay Area surgeon. I sent him to Dr. Karpman who fixed him right up.

Thanks for all the replies. I live 90 miles east of San Francisco. I had my first medical follow up after surgery today at UCSF. PSA was no where to be found! The interview went well. I got a referral to Dr. Lue (SP?) at UCSF who is an E. D. specialist (urologist) to consult about injections, etc. I tried the pump a few years ago when work related stress caused impotence even though I was using Viagra at the time. The whole process caused pain. I couldn't wait to get the constriction ring off after ejaculation and I was using the biggest size. Even with the ring on I would not keep an erection very long. Once the stress was reduced I went back to just relying on Viagra. As I've gotten older I've had trouble maintaining an erection when I lose my focus such as fiddling with my wife's parts during foreplay. I have been able to get pretty good "boners" but just can't always keep them. We are in our low 70s and my penis is not as sensitive as it was and her vagina is not as tight as it once was. I don't get stimulation 360 degrees around my penis during intercourse which hampers my orgasm. Sometimes if the lubrication is just right, and I can find a sweet spot, I can get an orgasm otherwise I have to have a hand job to finish. I've often thought it would be nice if the makers of Fleshlight could manufacture an insert for older women who are no longer tight. Stick it in the vagina instead of the can the Fleshlight comes with. They could make millions from old geezers like me who would buy it.
