I hace had an implant for 9 months. I can inflate it fine for my partner, bit I have no feeling in my glans & can not orgasm during intercourse or oral any more, I can with masterbation.
I don't know if its because of the arousal or its just the implant. Any thoughts?
sensitivity & orgasm
Re: sensitivity & orgasm
Most people that lose sensitivity after an implant regain it in time.

Take you time as I found the sane somewhat but also learned the head and area around the head were more sensitive. Get a Flashlight (travel one) as it will rub the area around the head and use it to increase feel. It helps.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I don't think you mean a "flashlight," something used for walking in the dark.
Re: sensitivity & orgasm
It took 4 or 5 months for me to orgasm. Now i often have "super orgasms" where i continue to come and come and come as long as the girl keeps riding me. I think this is a result of my RP and the removal of the seminal vesicles with the prostate...."pump" keeps trying to pump semen that isnt there. I'll often say,as i catch my breath, 'no, we don't need to call 911'.....
Keep "practicing" and good luck!
