Thought I would post this for all to see my implant in a flaccid state and pumped to about 80 percent. I'M 7mos post op Ams Cx not sure about size just glad to have a working machine again.

Looks good and you should be pleased. My AMX/LGX is about the same as your photos. Took a while for swelling to go done. I have now observed some change in the penis color and not sure what it is. I see you have some of the same coloration around the head as I do. Always had some but has increased.

Enjoy and I have learned the photos have really helped others here. When they upgrade the site, most photos I posted ae gone. Not sure if our when they will return. I have reposted some but can't remember dates. Check My Journey for more info and updates.

Very encouraging - Just got the CXR (or CXM) implanted last week - of course it hasn't been inflated yet but thought that what I'm seeing now in length would be about it. . . now I REALLY can't wait to follow up with doc on 9/20

Dirtman, Yea have had the discoloration sence the surgery I believe it's from the bruising it's got better I think most will be permanent small price to pay .Wishing you happy times pumping..

That looks terrific, but flies in the face of what I have heard about lengthening between inflated and uninflated states. Are you sure you do not have an LGX?

Which brings me to the question I was about to post in a new topic, but seems germane here: Sizing:

I expect that the AMS 700 LGX, having some length expansion during inflation, would be amenable to a small bit of oversizing without risk of glans erosion as long as the patient scrupulously avoids aggressive inflation. I opine this would allow for the possibility of regaining lost penile elasticity over the months and years following implantation. Is my thinking correct?

I also expect the AMS 700 LGX to be adaptable to a small degree of undersizing without risk of "floppy head syndrome". Is my thinking correct on this matter?

That is, the LGX would be a bit more forgiving of over/under sizing than the CX or the Coloplast Titan?

I am tentatively scheduled for a September 19 surgery, so would really like to hear your thoughts, especially yours, Electrician, in light of your expansion ability. Care to expand on your good fortune?

HI Electrician, i forgot to ask what size your cylinders are? i didn't see it posted. You got a great result so just curious. My doc says he will do the 20 CM coloplast but you never know how much is inside and outside.

i find that my flacid length is now longer & fuller, i guess because the cylinders do not empty completely .

Has anyone had an issue with climaxing when the implant is fully pumped up? It appears to me that when it is fully pumped up to the max, i loose feeling and can not climax, but if i only fill about 75% i have more feeling during intercourse & can climax.

Two more bonuses of pumping to less than maximum iare 1) it is reported to be sometimes more comfortable for your partner to have less than total rigidity and 2) yoiu may get a longer service life out of the implant if you don't stress the mechanism to the max.
