Semi erect when standing?

One week post op.
My surgeon has completely deflated my device.
Yet when I stand some stiffness returns, so I get 10% stiffness.
Its quite painful to walk with 10% stiffness.
Is this normal to get residual stiffness when standing, yet when sitting or lying down it returns to 0% stiffness?

I do hope your reservoir is not leaking back because of the valve. Maybe it's not closing properly? I'm sure other implantees can help you out. Good luck!

Some autoinflation is not unusual early in the recovery period. I found that wearing snug, stretchy briefs, such as Evolve from Target helped prevent it and, seemingly, helped train the whole system to stay deflated.

I'm 2 weeks post opp and my dick has been in, 'standing up and sticking out mode' for 2 weeks now. It's maddening.
.
I spoke to the nurse and she said the doctor keeps it partially inflated to make cycling less painful. I hope to be getting an appointment with the representative to find out how my new toy works.

There are many, many reports here of Titans that do not fully deflate or remain deflated due to auto-inflation (migration of fluid back into the cylinders after deflating). I've had mine for 8 years and still experience this every day. Eventually you'll get used to it.

So, can you go out in public without being conspicuous?
I am moving (slowly) towards getting an implant and combing through everything I can find to inform myself on what to expect (My Doctor is not very informative.)
When I read about post-op residual inflation, I wonder how much it inhibits movement, urination, driving, being out in public, etc.
With my penis size, 100% erection (when I had them) was not much of a problem in roomy clothes. My penis was flexible enough to lay flat to my stomach and short enough to not interfere with my belt buckle.
So, I ask anyone's speculations: If I am left at 80%, 60% or 40% inflation post-op (assuming AMS LGX) do you think I would be inconspicuous in public? Comfortable driving?
How about if I wind up with a CX or a Titan?
Thanks. Any reasoning would be helpful.

I would quit worrying about being conspicuous, after you have healed completely and followed your dr. instructions for cycling your new toy. When you think it is completely deflated hold your deflate button and squeeze your penis to make sure all of the fluid is out and you will find you are as soft and you were a teenager. A lot of us including myself keep it inflated a little bit but not so much that it looks like you have a hard on all the time.

I also say.... Too soon to be worrying...... There's a lot of healing yet to happen...... You will probably be just fine..... Relax, try not to worry, heal..... Then go and enjoy... Good luck....)))

Hey,
Right after surgery, I experienced the semi-erection problem too, with my penis pointing straight (3') when it was supposedly deflated. I could bend it up when going outside but it was very uncomfortable. It was impossible to bend it down. I'm now 5 weeks post-op and the implant has definitely gained in flexibility. It 'naturally' points at 4'-4:30 and I can bend it down in my underwear without any pain. The auto-inflation problem still is an issue, though. Fluid flows back in within seconds after deflating, which makes my penis quite rigid.
I hope that helps!

Yes, that helps with my question. I want to have as much post-op inflation as possibe (to minimize the effect of encapsulation), but I also will have to return to work as soon as possible. I don't want to scare anyone. Or embarrass myself.
