Just curious how you guys that have a "secret" implant are able to keep it that way right before sex. I did injections for years and pulled it off a number of times by excusing my self and doing the injection quick. Over time, it was impossible to conceal.
How do you guys pump up the implant without your partner knowing? All the videos and discussions I have seen makes it look like it takes numerous squeezes on the pump, which would be difficult to conceal. I don't plan on keeping mine secret as I have a long term partner but would still like to be less obvious.. I guess I could just create a quick diversion and pump it then. Interested to see what you guys say and what techniques are used.

The answers are all over the map. Many with long term partners pump it up for them.

well, hell yeah, pump it up baby! I get that, just wanted to see how you all are using it! just thinking about the transition from hands free hard on getting erect to using manipulation. when i used the injections once injected, it proceeded naturally.
