Bigger Than It. should Be

On my first Dr visit I was told I would be fitted with a 6 inch implant. Next visit I was told 5 3/4 . I want to push my doc to go back to 6. Has anyone been fitted with an implant slightly bigger than it should be? If so...any negative consequences?

Thank

Painful inflation and erosion of the inplant into the glans causing tissue death and or protrusion of the device through the skin.

No (reputable) doctir can predict precisely your outcome with certainty. Measurement of the INSIDE of your penis is necessary to pick the size of implant.

As has been explained here many, many times, and as Lost Sheep has just pointed out, you cannot gain length by implanting oversized cylinders. The result of doing so would be pain and/or injury. You can accommodate only the length that you natural size will allow. An implant will make your penis work again, but it will not make it longer than what you were born with.

I agree with these guys....no doctor is going to give you exact measurements like you state....especially with a deviation of .25". Besides, implants are not measured by 6" or 5.75". They are in cm of the total length of the cylinders, (e.g. 18 cm, 20 cm. etc) and the doctors will talk to you about what size you can reasonably expect your erect PENIS to be. NONE can tell you exactly what size implant you will receive. It is IMPOSSIBLE to tell until they measure your corpora in the OR. That is because even if they can estimate your distal (outward) length, there is no way for them to know your proximal (inside) length. Never....no how!

Let me take this one step further. My Titan cylinders are 22 cm. I've chatted with another guy on here who has the exact same implant as I have, at 22 cm. Neither of us has RTE's. My erect measurement is about 5.25" His is 6.75". Same size implant, widely varied penis dimensions. All due to the difference in proximal measurements. Simple as that.

Great example, Don. This post should made sticky at the top of the Implants forum for all time!

Nice one! the only thing that i would add, is if he proved that with pictures or just said " i have this size". And both of your results were successful?

I couldn't agree more with you. Wisest words....
