I think I've read somewhere on these boards about that, but can't remember where. Generally speaking, an implant should not have any effect on that or on sensitivity. Go to the search box and search the site for ejaculate. You might turn up some help on that.

Pump bulb flat making implant unusable after one year. As I understand, this will require a revision or replacement. Not something worth looking forward to. Will report final results here on the forum.

Thanks Bionic. -- I have tried that, as well as many other possible solutions, but nothing works. Bulb remains flat. Have appt with uro next week to sort it out. Not a happy camper at this point.

Thanks again,

Charlie

My understanding (and it is true in my case) is that the implant has nothing to do with ejaculation or orgasm or urination. It just makes the penis hard. (I have heard though that some guys have more sensitivity and find it easier to climax with a hard penis than with a soft one.)

Since I had my implant I developed severe PE and produce lots of pre cum ! In my case I think the implant has made my penis even more sensitive.

Speculating, do you find that you have some engorgement of your penis independent of the inflated device?

I have read a couple of journal articles' abstracts that occasionally some erectile function remains (rarely) and this may increase the quality of feelings.

I am curious to hear your opinion, or anyone who has observed this,.

Thanks

Funnily enough yes I do get some engorgement and have retained a little function although not enough for maintain an erection for long enough. Probably going to have my implant removed and its been a waste of time unfortunately but I think I have just been unlucky.
