Cock rings and implants

I know I'm going to have to ask my doctor about this, but I was wondering if any of you guys have experience and/or doctor's instructions on whether it is permissible to use a cock ring with an implant.
Now, let me explain. I'm not talking about the super tight cock rings to hold blood in the penis. We know that isn't going to happen with an implant since the implant replaces the blood that normally flows into the penis.
There is a rubbery soft device that is really good for intercourse. It has a soft stretchy rubber that slides on like a cock ring and it has another ring that goes around the balls. It has a bullet vibrator in it and nubs that contact the clitoris and makes for really good intercourse.
I do not think the cock ring portion of this puts as much pressure on the penis as a normal cock ring but is more to hold the device in place and provide a little restriction. The device can be seen here:

I wore cock rings to make my 'package' look bigger. No 'longer' necesssary!
I think I might try more 'toys' now that my erection is no longer a concern. I'm Super Dick!

Yes, Rev. Donnie, but I wonder if this device or other devices will damage the implant or perhaps shorten its life.

FYI,
Dr. Kramer said he saw no reason not to use the enhancer. These implants must be pretty tough.

jonbaldbg,
How would your URO know ... unless he has an implant and uses a ring too.
Believe me these Implants are really tough and a ring will not harm the Implant.
I have posted several images with me wearing a ring ... and Yes you can hold the blood in the shaft and glans (head) with a ring. Look at the bottom of the page and see:

Hey Bionic_by_AMS,
I just assumed since my doctor is an authority in this field that he may have been asked the question before and might know the answer to my question. He did say he didn't see why not to do this.
The device I'm talking about isn't really a ring. It seats at the same position of a ring, but it is softer, rubbery and stretchy. It's primary purpose is not to tighten and hold in blood. So, I'm thinking I'll give it a try someday. Right now I'm only two weeks in and have a long way to go before dealing with this device. This device is really quite nice.

A ring could weaken your cylinders over time and result in a cylinder aneurysm (blowout). Especially if the ring is tight...

Hi jonbaldbg, Do step into my office the problem with say a full package cock ring is the way you put one on if it does not split, as your testicles go in first followed by your penis, and it needs to be bent for doing that, and that you cant do so you need one like the tractor ring that I will add as it splits and looks very mechanical but works, or the is one from
www.allnight.com they do a ratchet action cock ring but I think for you it will need to be worked in, the shape on the top needs reversing this way it will give you a better fit with an implant, this one fits over your penis and a bar goes on from underneath to give you tension. OK

wolfcreek,
We are talking about a silicone ring to be worn during sex ... not something permanent ...

Yes, I understand - to be worn during sex only (like the popular Osbon rings). Yes, very loose rings might not cause any damage..... but loose rings aren't very useful, are they?
And don't put much stock in what the surgeon says about rings being harmless.... What does he have to lose, after all? Cylinder replacements are money in the bank for him....
Also, remember to keep the penis pointing upward in your briefs/underwear when not in use. To allow it to hang downward will cause a weak area in the crease. Remember that implant cylinders are mechanical devices and all mechanical devices break... Sometimes sooner (as in my case) and sometimes later....
