Smaller and less sensitive than before, but better than nothing (till it breaks...). Then one wonders if it is worth the expense...

How long ago did things start to go bad? What did you try before implant, and for how long and with how much success?

Myreal, I hope you're not serious. How can you say a smaller package that works is worse than a larger package that does not work?

Lenny is spot on. I had 8" that stopped working. I am about 6" of working 100%.
Made me happy after the first shock.

I don't agree: If I have a 4" not working penis and now I have a 2 " hard working penis, what was the point
of getting an implant? What am I suppose to do with 2 ".

I had a 7 inch non working penis (unless I used a VED). Thanks to God, the right surgeon, and my AMS 700 CX MS, I should have a 7 inch working bionic dick. 8-) .Eventually. ;)

Smaller (both length and width); flat (like it had been run over by a car tire); floppy head; much less sensitivity than before; urine continuing to dribble out after taking a leak; and then the left cylinder blew out after just over 4 years..... Otherwise it is just fine....

The nerve endings in a woman's vagina are all in the first 2-3 inches. Perhaps you can do some good?

I would have a consultation with a top surgeon about a revision.

Also, revision surgery is usally less difficult/painful for the patient.
