Hanging high and to the left?

I'm starting a new thread with a different approach. My surgeon put the reservoir in the left pelvic space, known as a concealed reservoir. He didn't put it in topically, he put it in deep, because he didn't want me to feel, appreciate or have any issues with the reservoir.
I have a fairly small scrotal sac. So I have been left me with a device that does not hang to the bottom of the scrotum and does hang a bit high and to the left. If you press the top of the sac at the base of the penis you can feel the deflate valve. I can still get to the valve from below and I think I'll be able to inflate/deflate, but at 3 weeks I still have a mild pain when pressure is applied to the left side, such as bending over. My surgeon says to not worry about some soreness until 4 weeks.
Do any of you guys have a similar experience? Particularly do any of you have it hanging high and to the left? I would love to hear how that is working for you.
