As I have mentioned in the past, the tubing is one of the top issues I have. When pumped up tight the tubing stands out from the pubic bone enough I can slip 2 fingers underneath it on both sides. Uncomfortable, unsightly and less length due to the pubic area sticking out. Picture attached. This is at 66 pumps. My shorts are laying on the end of my penis to hold it down out of the way of the camera shot.

Yeah, I've only been in small claims court and the last time wasn't fun because the judge knew the guy i was suing. He was definitely biased.

In malpractice you have to have a doctor testify to what the other doctor did wrong. Very very hard to get a doctor to do that. I have a school chum who was a malpractice lawyer for years and we have discussed the problem he had with that in past years. Most implant docs and I saw many trying to get this implant would state their only goal is to make it hard. Crooked and hard, smaller and hard, uncomfortable and hard, not suitable for sex and hard, it is still hard.
