Leakage During Orgasm

17 months post RRP. I have experienced urine leakage during orgasm since the surgery. I only had stress incontinence after surgery and cured that by doing many kegels and concentrating on contracting my urinary sphincter during a sneeze or cough and cured that. Now my body does that automatically, without any thought, during a sneeze or cough. I recently tried doing the same during orgasm and I think that may be working as well. I am hoping that my body will also learn to do that during orgasm without thought.

My question is: does the implant stop leakage during orgasm for those who have it? I am wondering if the pressure of the inflated cylinders would keep urine from leaking.

I used to have occasional small leaks when I sneezed or coughed. But after my implant I have had no leaks. Dont know if that will work for everyone though.

I had a very similar issue and my Doc recommended a male sling that was done at the same time as the implant. I now have no leakage with sex, but it is also more difficult to urinate than before. I was wondering if the implant alone would stop the leakage. Has anyone else had that experience? I’m 2 months post implant and sling surgery.

It didn't in my case. While it is certainly less than previously during orgasm, I find that I have more leakage now than before following urination because the implant is firm enough that is hard to remove all the urine from the urethra. It's not terrible and nothing that can't be dealt with, but if you are expecting the implant to eliminate that problem completely, I hope your results are better than mine. I'm happy with the implant, but it didn't correct leakage.

My leakage got worse after implant. Wife hates it. I put a small towel between her legs when having sex. If I concentrate on not leaking can't come. The golden years must mean you are always peeing.

I had a radical Prostatectomy last August and minor incontinence after but was pretty much dry within a month. Had occasional leakage from lifting weights or if I forgot to intentionally think about it. Fast forward to January and I had my implant installed. Waited the 4 weeks the doc recommended and was shocked I pissed all over my wife and me during sex. Researched the phenomenon and it is a thing. Google Climacturia. As one poster noted a sling is an option but after two major surgeries in 6 months Im not willing to go back under the knife anytime soon. Its mitigated now by completely voiding before sex.

I was a leaker before surgery, couple of drops that would not come out regardless of how much I shook it. Then stand up, drip, drip. After my implant it got worse, and of course shaking my sore penis just hurt. Now that I'm close to 6 months out that has gotten better. However only the first time ejaculating after surgery do I remember peeing (masturbating). My sex days would be over with the wife if I peed into her.

I had RP in November 2016 at age of 51.
Yes, I am still leaking while having sex, especially in missionary position or while standing. The least leakage is when woman is on the top, but also, for me very painful because I have lots of stuff at penile base with tubing wrapped around on both sides.
I still have stress incontinece when physically active.

Yes, I am still leaking while having sex, especially in missionary position or while standing. The least leakage is when woman is on the top, but also, for me very painful because I have lots of stuff at penile base with tubing wrapped around on both sides.
I still have stress incontinece when physically active.

I feel for you buddy. Another thing that pisses me off is every time I startle my quad to go run my dog, the piss just flows out. I even tried the Coloplast condom style catheters with a hose down to my boot. I am heading for a sling.

There's also the artificial sphincter which basically means another saline bulb in the scrotum. They put an inflatable ring around the urethra that you can inflate with the bulb until ready to pee, at which time you deflate it.
