Anyone implanted with an AMS CX 24cm?

Hello,

I recently underwent a revision; a defective LGX 21cm + 2RTE implanted via penoscrotal incision was replaced with a CX 24cm + 1RTE via infrapubic. Looking for exchanging experiences going from one model to the other, from one surgery approach to the other, rehab time to observe gains, etc.

Background information: prior to initial surgery, the dimensions were 7 1/4" long, and 6 1/2" girth (pretty happy there with my God-given tool). The LGX only took me to 7" X 5 3/4" (quite disappointing). I just started to perform the cycling on the CX, so I cannot accurately asses the effect on dimensions, yet.

Usually infrapupic installations allow for earlier activation of the implant, which helps with size. How long did you have your lgx? What went wrong with it?

Long story, my friend... once this ordeal gets clearer, I will open a new topic to talk about this agony, the effect on myself and my family, and sharing the lessons learned. Hopefully, before the end of the year. I need to be in a state of mind with enough peace so whatever I decide to share, will be as unbiased and strongly fact based.
