I don't see anyway to avoid her seeing or feeling the implant. An erect implant does not feel the same as a normal erect penis. I think its harder.

Frankly, I would not go for a hand job. I can do that myself to the exact same result with a LOT less risk. But if I did, I would treat the masseuse as a professional who has experience and level with her up front. Having said that, a licensed sex therapist/surrogate would be a better chioce.
