I heard that the flaccid state is about 2cm smaller than the erection.
so it looks like very big in someone else's eyes.
But today I saw a photo of someone's penis at Frank Talk.
It's about 15cm in erection, but less than 10cm in flaccid state.
It looked really natural.
Is that a common case?

I think mine looks pretty natural when flaccid..... But it doesn't look big at any time..... But..... IT'S GREAT!!!!!!!

Mine looks big, at 5.5 inches (14 cm) on a short, slender guy. It hangs naturally. Mine is an AMS LGX 700. It seems that Coloplast Titans are much stiffer when deflated.

I have an AMS 700 LGX and I think it is soft, pliable and hangs quite natural. If it were not for the brick in the scrotum it feels natural when flaccid.

Prior to surgery, I had a turtle. The penis completely disappeared in a small piece of skin. You would think I had about 1 inch. Now it hangs like a normal dick. The cylinders take up a certain amount of space and you wouldn't want them disappearing or they wouldn't be doing their job. My flaccid state isn't "soft" like it used to be. The cylinders are firm even when flaccid. Even though they are firm, I can push the penis down easily when deflated, so it hangs normally.

My wife and I love my much bigger dick. It's quiet impressive.
It will always be bigger than an average flacid man. It's stiff enough to masturbate anytime. No need for a warm up. Yes it looks natural. No one would know unless they touched it. At a urinal though, it sticks straight out!

I have a friend whose penis "turtled" after his prostatectomy, but his turtling went away when he got his implant, he told me. Yes, he's a happy guy!

I'm 4 3/4" deflated and hang (or stick out) at 4'oclock.....I'm just shy of 5 1/2" when inflated and stick out at 3'oclock.....I'm 3 1/2 weeks post surgery......I imagine that in the coming months (sure hope they're "coming" months) these settings may change......

Is it natural?......well, it's not my previous natural which hung down at 5 or 5:30.....at times it was very small and other times a little longer.....now it's impressive although it may be inconvenient at times.....like if I'm in gym shorts or a bathing suit.....that remains to be seen (literally).......to answer the question, it's not natural to me, although it may appear natural to somebody else.....bottom line =

Please tell us the name of the thread or a link. It would help us to answer your questions (and our own) to see what you have seen.

I share your concern for natural flaccididty (VERY MUCH) and have delayed my surgery in hopes of optimizing both erectile ability with naturalness of flaccidity.
