There is nothing mechanical or unnatural about an implant erection. Because of the implant, my dick is already 'aroused' I just pump up a little at a time during foreplay. Implants feel incredible sucked while flaccid or erect. The only thing, unlike a 'healthy' erection, your dick doesn't go down after you climax.
