Dr. Eid's patient "self-pay" total package deal (sent to me by his office) of approx. $26,000 (depending on which implant device is used) states that there is a 10 year guarantee for his fee. What does this mean exactly? Anyone have any experience with it?

I assume it means that he will waive his fee in the event a subsequent surgery is necessary??

My question is just exactly what part of his fee is he guaranteeing? Only the initial consultation portion,or the surgery fee itself??

I had the same question and thought maybe he lowered it again. Originally the the phone consult fee for me 3 years ago was $285 but this summer they asked for considerably more. He today lists it as $285 on his website and you can book it there in short time rather than the 6 week wait I had on the previous consult.

But wait... Is he talking about the phone consultation or in office? Because I ment the ''in office, first time, no insurance'' option.

Who's going to guarantee that Dr. Eid is going to live another 10 years?........

Any subsequent replacement will be done for free according to the email I received today (up to 10 years). No fee whatsoever for the surgery.
