Having had the implant "installed" 10 days ago, I sort of feel like a caterpillar that just turned into a butterfly.....I look forward to activation within the next week or two (or 3 as the case may be).....

In my prior state of limplicity, in order to get a working erection I would take a Cialis, inject stuff into my penis, and then use a constriction band/cock ring.....then I was ready to go...(not to mention a penis pump for "exercise" in my leisure time)......having to go through these motions and having all this equipment.....I felt like a one man band......





So I'm looking at all my "tools" and thinking "out with the old"......in other words toss all this stuff as I don't need it anymore.....

This may be a silly question but do any of you with implants still use anything to compliment your bionic erection?......I imagine certainly not a cock ring, but Cialis or a VED pump for any reason?......

Yes I did dump what Tri-mix I had left. Had a very good friend who is diabetic and he got all my needles. They were the same size as he used. I long before run out of Cialis.
You mentions the VED. Not sure it's a good idea to use on after an implant however I am not sure.

Really off topic, but I couldn't use the 100, 5/16" needles I had so I gave them to a golf partner who has a blind, diabetic dog. The dog gets 1 or 2 shots of insulin per day.

I disposed of the Caverject and the constriction band......I can't see there being any use for the VED (I think that it could very well be detrimental) but I'll wait to see if anybody else chimes in with regard to this......I guess I'll try to find somebody to give the syringes to......and keep my pills for the time being.....

I would keep the pills X-O, I've read that a few guys use them when they have issues with the glans not engorging, maybe poor blood flow. I think all the other stuff are things of the past, and you no longer need. I would donate or dispose my Bionic Brother, out with the old and in with the new!!!!

I gave a friend my VED and (very expensive bands) Hallelujahs! Never again.

I'm getting one Feb 15th. Since the vessels are replaced by inflatable tubes I can't see how any pills would do anything since they only increase blood flow and you have cylinders replacing the chambers. Good luck to Yao.

Only 2 chambers are gutted and replaced with plastic. There is a third chamber that wraps around the urethra that goes to the glans. It is untouched. I take 20mg Cialis daily hopefully to help blood flow with that. So far little result. Also Trimix gel inserted in the urethra. Causes a lot of aching for hours. 1st 3 times did nothing. Last time my dick was fat for day and a half. It is common to be told after an implant to use a PD5 inhibitor to plump up the glans and round our your flat plastized dick. *(&^$#^%^ doctors don't tell you that before the implant. Several here have complained the reason they got an implant was to end the reliance on pills and the expense. Those were 2 of my reasons.
