Surgeons tyoically leave the implant oartially inflated. How much is a judgement call that only your surgeon can answer, based on your condition after surgery and his medical judgement. It would be best to discuss this with him/her. I have read that 30% to 80% is common, but that is just hearsay.

Rrrr1212,

Yes, your surgeon will likely inflate your penis partially. I thought it was great after I got used to it. No tight fitting clothes for about a month.

Mine was inflated for about 5 weeks but many on FT were not inflated for that long.

Pay no attention to Rev. Donnie, he loved his too!!!

I was left about 15 to 20% inflated and I agree with loose fitting clothes. Your flaccid state will never be the same and that is great as you may notice women looking. Never had that before but recently a friend had Dr. Kramer do his and when talking with he and wife she mentioned women look just like men looking at a women's breast. She stated she looked and I smiled as I sometimes show if wearing gym shorts which I was that day.

Check out 'My Journey" under dirtman1993 and you will see photos of the healing and erection after 2 months. Always go th one of the top surgeons if you want things to go well. Dr. Kramer has hundreds of videos on YouTube and I suggest you watch. Mine was March 2nd, 2016 and can be viewed. I had a little scaring on the lower left side and he dealt with. Good luck and here to answer what I can, others can fill in the blanks here to help.

When I woke up from anesthesia I was very drowsy of course. But I noticed two things: my big erection plus a pretty nurse a few meters away. Apparently I had been under the impression that the erection had something to do with the nurse. Was a bit embarrassing when learning the truth...

Some doctors leave it inflated with a full-on erection and guys have to walk around with stiffies for weeks. That helps in terms of and easier, fuller erection that you don't have to work up to over 6-12 months.

Other doctors, I would say most, do like Dr. Kramer did and leave it about 20% which should do the job in keeping the cylinders inflated and in place
