Peronies Plaque Fibrosis

Peronies Plaque Fibrosis are commonly brought up in relation to implants. There are 3 styles of tools that I am aware of to remove the scaring in the cavernosa. I thought I would post pictures of one that I like the looks of. Genuine bad ass. It is a file that cuts only when withdrawn. The tools are called cavertomes. I think this style would be great for a rough cut. There is another style that has cylindrical bands cut around it that look good to me for a final cut or if there is not much tissue that needs work. Not every doctor uses them. Some just bend your dick ( Modeling) and expect your dick to adjust given some rigidity from the implants. Some do nothing and expect the implant to do all the work. I think there is some merit to using the cavertome if it will slice up the scar tissue. We all know a capsule is formed around the implant which is nothing but scar tissue. If the old scarring is cut up so it can expand and is held in expansion with the cylinders until it re-heals it seems theory would say you can create a larger capsule and take care of issues. This will be one of my discussions with the next doctor who redoes this implant when I find him. Rotor rooter for your cavernosas. Other styles are shown here: http://www.uramix.com/products/ . There are other tools to dialate the cavernosa to stretch for a larger diameter.
