Why Can't I Reach Orgasm?

I've had an implant for about 5 years and barely have enough rigidity for a full erection. My GF helps me in masturbating, but I never have been able to come in this way(or vaginally) with her. Only twice in the five years have I been able to come inside her. She doesn't like going down on me, so that doesn't appear to be an option. However, watching a porn clip enables me to come within 60 seconds in at least 97 out of 100 events. You'd think it's psychological, but who knows? I wonder if in addition to pumping, I could take something orally or a creme to supplement the implant. I did have my testosterone level tested in 2014 and it was within normal limits. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yohimbine HCL 250mg capsule. One about 45 minutes before sex and voila. The side effects can be unpleasant the rest of the day, so read up on it first. Particularly noticeable are a spike in blood pressure for most of the rest of the day (Which my doctor has given me permission on. You can also take a Cialis which lowers blood pressure and counteracts this side effect somewhat.)
Other side effects: flushing, feeling warm, heightened anxiety.
They're all temporary for that one day. If yo take it at night, you won't sleep well.
The good news, After having my implant my sensitivity to orgasm actually improved and I can take 1/2 capsule or 125mg and do just fine with lessened side effects. Quite tolerable.
This used to be available in prescription form and was used to treat ED before Viagra came around. It was prescribed in larger does. 500mg 3x a day.
You can get Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 250 mg on Amazon very reasonably. Good luck. Read up on it.

I just googled Amazon and their Primaforce Yohimbe capsules are only 2.5 mg. If you know a better source for 250 mg caps, please let me know.

2.5 IS the correct dosage. I believe it used to be labeled differently, or I may have had a brain fart. You would not want to take 250 mg.
I am currently using 1/2 capsule (yes I cut a capsule apart and use 1/2 the powder). Good luck.

Dude,
I get a pumped up hard dick every time. Somethings seriously wrong with your implant. Get it fixed if you can.

Hey Rev,
When I was on Cialis, injections and after the implant, I could get a hard dick, but couldn't reach orgasm no matter how I tried. It had something to do with probably the prostate or something. I'm not sure. But, that's why I take the aphrodisiac. BUT, I take it in as small a dose as possible. My sensitivity is much better though after the implant.

Loss of sensation is a common complaint with implants..... Didn't they tell you that before you had the surgery? They gave me a paper and it was written on it (along with all the other common complaints)....
Suggestions: don't look any porn; don't masturbate at all; wait 2-3 weeks before you have sex again.
And someone said it will help a little bit if you wait to have sex until you need to urinate (somehow that supposedly makes the head more sensitive).
Good luck!

I never heard that. In fact, I have heard that it does not effect urination or orgasms; "all" it does is make your penis hard.
