Yes and no. Having sex before total healing is risky. The possibility of trauma is pretty significant. However I started masturbating on the 4th day after surgery. I was very gental and very meticulous about stimulating the "sweet spots." I did not even move the shaft skin. I moved my well-lubed fingers gently over my frenulum and glans corona.
