How do doctors measure the penis for the implant?
I have read that it does by measuring the stretched flaccid size but
is it bone pressed or not bone pressed?

But i ve read here, in franktalk, guys which his doctor had measured his penis in the office days before the operation
He measured it stretching while it was flaccid, but my doubt is:
Does the doctor measure it by stretching it to the maximum? And does bone pressed or not? The glans also enters the measurement?

You stretched flaccid length serves as an estimate of your implanted erect length. The measurement for the implant cylinders is made during the surgery. There is no way to predict exactly what your actual final length will be.

Mine wasn't measured prior to surgery. I just told him I didn't want to lose length length and I didn't.
5.5 in extenders went into crus. 18 cm outside. Good 7 inch erection.

Watch a few of Dr Kramer's videos if you want to see how he measures.

I agree with OttoHS.

At home you can press a ruler against the fat pad above the penis, compressing your flesh against the piubic bone. Then extend the penis as much as possible. Extension by producing an erectio,pn naturally , by pillsm by injection, by vacuum device or simply by pulling.
The Doctor can not do much more in an office visit.
The ultimate measure is to surgically open the penis and insert a ruler/measuring stick inside the coupus, extending the tunica all the way (as far as possible) into the tip of the penis and note the length from the incisuon to the tip. Then insert the measuring stick down to the crus (the place in the pelvic bone where the proximal end of the implant will rest). The sum of those measurements will determine your implant size.
Of course the measuring stich is a specialised medical instrument, but not much more complex than a simple stick with centimeter markings on it.
As was suggested, viewing a video or two of how it is done tells much more than mere words.
Of course this is not the whole story. Rear tip extenders play a part as well as post-op events will play roles in ultimate erect size, angle of erection and other parameters of performance as well.

Doc measured me from crus to tip and decided on an 18cm AMS 700 CX implant with 5.5 cm RTEs into the crus. Everything is great. No wobble. Total deflation and no backfill.

doctors measure with a micrometer as no-one should have more then them. We measure with a meter stick as size matters. In a pinch we call a surveyor.
