5 yrs ago I had implant surgery . I encountered problems and had it removed after a couple of months. The question I have is can another implant be installed now. My penis doesn't seem to have had ill effects as I have read .I cannot get erections as before but it appears to be normal . I may have over reacted to the problems I had but the doctor couldn't solve them and offered to remove it which perhaps out of fear I accepted.

Usually what happens after an implant removal is the surgeon inserts a semi-rigid implant to hold the cavernosa open to prevent it from filling with scar tissue. So after 5 years without anything to keep the channels open, implanting a new device might be very difficult. But I am no doctor so it is worth making an appointment to discuss the matter with a good implant doc.

due to a "cross", one of my cavernosa "healed" together prior to my Dr Perito revision. He surgically re-created the "space" (he said he'd never done this before) and my revision was successful......

Eid and Kramer both respond to emails. Kramer is a little faster but both do answer back and not with a bunch of bullshit. Both are smart men and from the people I have talked too quite talented and very experienced. Perito is supposed to be a very skilled surgeon but I do not know how much experience he has with issues such as yours. Walsh I think on the west coast can handle these issues as well. Best luck to you.

I think Perito has plenty of experience with this sort of thing. Yes, he is an expert at this. BUT, he has a habit of working against the clock, so he can say how wonderful he is at this, and maybe he won't take your problem as seriously as he should.

Also, Perito has a record of illegal drug distribution. Look it up. In my opinion, there are just a little too many worms in his can for anyone to trust his favorite penis to him.

I was at my Urologist today for my yearly checkup and asked if another implant could be inserted . He said that it could. I don't know if I will go through with another attempt but it was good to know I have that option.

Go for it. Find someone with a LOT of experience and not in conveyor belt surgery. Cheers man.
