Howdy -----I am only 14 days post implant I am curious about exercise . Are most of you bionic men able to resume your normal exercise routines whatever they may be , and I assume you started slowly. So many diff things to think about after the surgery.
ALSO on a diff note have my two week follow up march Ist . I can feel pump in the middle prop a little to high right now I cannot feel release valve yet it is over some surgical stiches on my scrotum . The pump seem hard but I guess you get used to it. ...what is optimal position for pump....And Did most of you have DR do first pump or activation . He left it at 40 percent and cannot wait to bring it down when I see him and of course see it fully inflated . Also any thing I should expect first activation . Thanks MZ ONWARD AND UPWARD

Still swollen, but the meds are taking care of the pain.
It's larger than a baseball and purple.

I have similar questions. Implanted 2/15/2017. Activation on 3/10. Pump behind left testicle and so sensitive I am not exploring at this time. About 30 percent inflated. Dick is getting in the way. Can't wait to get it deflated and so tempting since it seems to make me follow it around all day. Difficult to not try rubbing one out at this time.

I lucked out last surgery. No swelling in balls and no purple balls. 2 weeks out and I was getting around pretty good. Even put 3 hours in the dump truck one day to take care of a customer though I was certainly sore when I came in. Probably more from using the clutch and climbing up and down off the crawler. A month and you should be good for wrestling anything. Cheers.

I was at the gym and did gentle arm weights and used the stair stepper for a "one third strength workout" on day 7. I had hardly any swelling, so I felt that this would be OK (though it likely would be too soon for others)

I looked at my implant similar to a hernia repair with a 30 day wait for exercise. They do make a defect in the abdominal wall to put in the reservoir so not much different than a hernia. I used my tens machine to exercise all non abdominal muscles. Seemed to work very well. Free weights will still cause a bearing down on the abs, even if using a preacher bench. Just my opinion. I don't know jack and the younger you are the faster you heal but don't mess it up buddy. Glad you are feeling so well!
